  Place the unwashed and unworn items back in their original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all tags remain securely attached.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
